Trading Places by Natalie Hutchison and Mary Turner Thomson

The book TRADING PLACES not only charts Natalie’s challenged life but also allows others to see why the patterns that are established from early childhood can sometimes set the rules for how you see yourself in adulthood.

Winner of the 2006 Trading Places Award – Natalie had a challenged life, full of some of the most extraordinary adversities a woman can face.  Demoralised by her parents; a teenage mother; suffering physical agony with endometriosis resulting in a hysterectomy by the age of 24; bulimia; and life in a woman’s refuge.  Then, when she thought she’d found her ‘happy ever after’ her life took  a turn for the worse.

This is Natalie’s own inspirational story, which demonstrates that however far you fall you can always pick yourself up and start over!  Natalie thought she had nothing, until she realised that she had everything she needed to be a success from within.
